Signal Daily is a public daily digest. It exists to answer a narrow question well: what actually moved in AI, bio, geopolitics and markets — and where is that claim coming from?
How to read the digest
Each day publishes up to four vertical editions (AI, bio, geo, markets). Every story carries a three-line TL;DR, a short Why it matters framing, an editor’s note on what is still uncertain, and a list of sources. Numbers in square brackets in the body link straight to the underlying source.
- BRIEF — a fast read on one development.
- DEEP — analysis with more reporting and context.
- DATA — a numbers-led item, usually with a chart-friendly figure.
- Cluster coverage — other outlets reporting the same story, so you can compare framing rather than trust a single summary.
- Confidence — high means multiple independent primary sources agree; medium means the claim is credible but thin; low means it is developing and should be treated as provisional.
What it is not
- Not investment, medical or legal advice. Nothing here is a recommendation.
- Not a login product. There are no accounts, no paywall and no email capture.
- Not a tracking surface. No analytics scripts, no third-party embeds, no ad tech.
- Not a replacement for primary reporting. Every item links out to the people who did the work.
How it is produced
A collection pipeline gathers candidate items from a fixed registry of public sources. An AI model drafts a structured summary — headlines, TL;DRs, body blocks, tags and citation links. An editor then reviews, edits, and either approves or rejects each item before it appears here. The full rules live in editorial standards.
How it is built
A static Astro site. Content ships as JSON, pages are generated at build time, and the only client-side JavaScript covers the command palette, keyboard navigation and the light/dark theme. The full text of every page is in the HTML.

- Archive — every edition by month and date.
- RSS — all stories, newest first.
- /llms.txt — machine-readable summary for language models.
- Sources — the registry the pipeline collects from.
